After completing the first 5 treatments (i.e. vomiting), addicts are expected to take part in various work activities. This is usually sweeping and tidying the addicts compound (known as "the hay") and some of the public area's of Tham Krabok. After a further 5 days of recuperation, addict’s may have the chance to take part in more robust work activities such a various construction works, painting etc.
